| She's cute and fun to play with. Goes well with Mr. PotatoHead. My only complaint is they made her nose a little big. |

I can't believe this made it to store shelves. Did no one at Playskool ever try to assemble this toy before they slapped it in a box and stuck a price tag on it?
The hat doesn't fit if you'd like your Mrs. Potato Head to have eyes. You can only put it on backwards. The flower will be in the back of her head... if you can actually get the flower to stay on the hat, which I can't. You also can't put on the glasses while the hat is on, and I have no idea what kind of shenanigans you have to pull to get the earrings to stay on. The toy doesn't look like the Mrs. Potato Head in Toy Story, partly because the hat is backwards, and the eyes are one piece.
Considering there is only ONE pair of eyes, ONE nose, ONE mouth, and ONE set of ears, it really loses the whole point of the Mr./Mrs. Potato head line... you can't switch them around the way I remember doing as a kid. Sure, you can stick the nose where the mouth should be and so on, but my daughter lost interest in this in about 3 minutes. Were it not for the fact that she broke the box, I'd probably try to return this. |
